02 — Studio

We build software for the way work actually gets done.

An independent software house shipping AI-native consumer apps and vertical SaaS for the world's hardest industries. Makers of Pockito, Prosto, Plaza, Galaxy Pharmacy, and Agyaad.

02 — Studio

We build software for the way work actually gets done. Not for press releases.

Most "AI" products are demos with a pricing page. Most "SaaS" is a checkbox list. We treat each product like its own company: real users, real numbers, real consequences when something breaks.

Type.Editorial restraint over feature soup. Every screen earns its weight.
Craft. We ship pixel-honest. Animations have intent. Empty states teach.
Ship.Live in production beats brilliant in a deck. Always.

03 — Process

How we move from "what if" to live in the App Store.

A short, opinionated path from idea to product. We work in tight cycles. We resist scope creep — except when scope is what's missing.

01 ─ Frame

Find the real problem.

Two weeks of customer interviews, market reads, and prototype sketches. We come out with a product hypothesis sharp enough to bet six months on — or honest enough to pass on.

02 ─ Design

System before screens.

Tokens, type, components, motion. We design the system that the product gets composed from — not 80 disconnected mocks.

03 ─ Build

Native where it matters, web where it scales.

Swift / Kotlin / Flutter on mobile, Next.js + Node on web, Postgres + AI on the back. We pick the stack that actually fits, not the trendiest stack on Twitter.

04 ─ Ship

Real production. Real users.

App Store review, Play Store review, monitoring, ASO. We don't hand off — we run the launch, watch the funnels, and fix the friction.

05 ─ Operate

The product after launch is the product that matters.

Weekly releases, monthly retros, a public changelog. We measure success at month six — not week one.

04 — Contact

Have a product worth building?

We take on a small number of partner projects each year. The best fit is something specific, ambitious, and within reach: an idea sharp enough that the first version could ship in 90 days.
